Theory & new article

Theory & new articleFirst, the latest article: https://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20071107.BCBORDER07/TPStory/TPNational/BritishColumbia/ Second, I believe SME has known E.V. to be economically viable for a long time, the only issue has been the grandfathering and how it will apply. From price activity, volume, the debt financing, mgmts recent insider buying, all this has been worked out and they are just trying not to let the CAT out of the bag too soon and are allowing those they have made deals with to accumulate in a discreet manner up until the last moment. The first runup will be to the mid 2.50's, after that we will be on a steady rise into the second quarter of 2008. All the best
