RE: VIO has major gold and will hit 0.40 todayI agree with your $1.50 price but would consider this the price it should trade at NOW, assuming the "measured+indicated" reserves of 268,000 ounces are more or less certain.
IMO the share potential would be the remaining 1.6 million ounces of inferred reserves. Even if you cut that in half (and I'm not sure what discount to put on this category of inferred reserves) then that should add another $4.30 on the price of the stock.
So that's a share price of $5.8. Of course you would need to discount revenues back to today. When I do this at a very conservative discount rate of 30% per year with even cashflows over the next 5 years, i still get a share price of $3.
On top of that, you have the other properties that have potential.
So, my MINIMUM fair share price would be $3 NOW and I think this is being conservative.
