Manipulation - cannot see it working on SABeen watching this closely for awhile now.
Price is driven down, only to pop up like a beachball,
just about everytime.
Shares are expended to drive the SP down, trouble is
they cannot shake enough shares out to justify the action
as the price moves up too swiftly on low volume.
In summary, the float seems to be too low, as many shares
are held tight, and we longs buy on the dips.
The deeper one tries to take the ball down, the greater force
of the inevitable pop-up.
