RE: Selling Sino Shares in Canada

RE: Selling Sino Shares in CanadaWhere were you 4 months ago when this stock was trading at C$0.60, and even then nobody wanted to buy it? If you were there, you certainly would have been wining as you do it now when this stock is trading at ~C$1.40. You had your chance, like everyone else here, to buy all of this stock you could afford, and at that price of C$0.60, so why the complaint against management now, when we trade at ~C$1.40? Or is it you didn't know this, and actually don't own any stock at all? Perhaps one of those paid Pied Pipers, trying to earn their first set of wings? Since you weren't here then, you most certainly weren't here on December 12, 2006 when GCX hit their first all time high of $2.00, otherwise you would have sold out, been happy, and be long gone by now. So my honest viewpoint about your recent post is simply this. I find your post not only unbelievable but also amusing. On one hand you say you somehow have been screwed by this company and there should be shame on this management. On the other hand, if you are a true shareholder, you must have made money on this stock with this company. But yet, with all of your dissatisfaction, you also stated clearly in your post that you are going to wait to sell your shares until November 29th, and a day before this deal closes. Maybe you should have first started off by telling us long time GCX Shareholders how you got screwed? Tomorrow this stock will easily trade at C$1.40. The last time this stock saw this price was January the 8th, 2007. Since then this stock price has been lower than this every single day. There has only been 12 days, in the GCX history, in which this stock was trading above C$1.40, including the all time high of C$2.00, and in which we should easily hit C$1.40 tomorrow. That means that if you really did buy-in, you had to have bought in below the current price. So again, how did you say you got screwed by this companies management? By only making a 50% profit in a few months, when you expected 100%, and yet could have gotten it, and even more, if you were smart and brave? You say you bought on the TSX, and will sell on the TSX, as you have no faith in this merger, or dealing in the Stock Market in HK or Australia. Or even this management. So the next obvious question is why wait until November 29th to sell out. You could easily get out tomorrow at C$1.40, and hell, even littleguy could have broke even at that price, if he waited for it. All I know for sure is that if there is any screwing going on here, it is by you. Whether you are trying to do it to us, which is most likely, or whether you screwed yourself, which is also another possibility. But no matter to me! My point is, at this higher price, and everyone having ample opportunity to buy this stock at a much lower price, this management didn't screw anyone. I plan to hold this stock for a very long time, baring trading a few around my core investment, to take advantage of people like you. What you do with your shares is no concern of mine. But putting unjustified labels on people, especially the management of this company, who has given you, me, and all us long time shareholders, many opportunities to make big money here, like I did, is a concern of mine. If you have a justified complaint about this companies performance, management, or the Australian Stock Exchange, then post it here, and explain why? If you don't, may I suggest then that you just STFU, and let the rest of us (real) shareholders get on with business, on this quiet Bull Board. GB GB
