Re Poison pill

Re Poison pillPeter was not interested in a PP when I spoke to him a month ago. At that time he mentioned there could be some options for Officers, however he was not intending diluting the stock. At that time he had already lots of calls from brokers and he also said Platinum Group were also not interested. I can only see a PP if they decide to go it alone with rigs on the property. What the Rights plan also gives us is time to find more bidders should a friendly takover not transpire. The big lads who are interested in NOT will be happy to bid against each other, this could be a very large fish that Freeport/Extrada and the gang won't want to lose. "Look at what happened to Inco in the last year !! To even reach NOT's evaluation we would be over $20 a share, and believe me NOT'S a lot more value to come. The big brokers are not paying $5 to $7 a share of NOT for a few pennies return. Cooper
