RE: EV

RE: EVNOT A CHANCE!!! you know Gordon Campbell like I do...besides, ENCANA would be all over the B.C. Govt. like UGLY on a Gorilla, SME and ENCANA would be litigating left right and center due to the millions $$$ already spent on development and exploration. The Province would lose HUGE if they rollover on this. EnCana would have a gold plated legal team on this pronto, EnCana is SME's big brother on this one and due to the current Alberta issues EnCana has a HUGE interest in directing $$$ to further development and production in B.C. Anything lost in the E.V. in the unlikely event of a change re: surface discharge would be paid out in compensation by the B.C. Government. Even the NDP would allow development due to jobs and tax revenue. The Green party is a joke and has "NO" pull, will never be elected and has "0" vote power. The NDP is the most crooked, morally corrupt political party in the province. A history of poor money management, blatant corruption and incompetence. They will not exploit this as a means to gain votes... Therefore...simple logic would conclude, nothing stands in the way of SME further developing the Elk Valley and demonstrating the AWESOME potential of CBM production throughout the region
