Last year the Q3s came out on 15 Nov. On 16 Nov Sirit issued 790,000 stock options with an exercise price of 20 cents based on the closing price of the trading day following the Q3s.
If Sirit follows last year's pattern then they could/might issue stock options based on the closing price on Wednesday, November 14.
Without a doubt last year's pricing at 20 cents was fair based on the 29.03% pps increase on the day the Q3s were released. This year may well be another matter. It does seem to be rather convenient that the current trading range in the upper twenties is taking place at a time when the pps is the weakest based on the fact that the CEO stated during the Q2s that the Q3s are traditionally the weakest quarter in Sirit's fiscal year. We shall see over the next few days if any of last year's options activities play out in a fashion similar to last year...at least from a timing perspective.
