If that is the case then it is a classic situation of investor ignorance. That statement is really made, at least in my intrepetation, against squatters sitting on concession but do no explorations. One prime example is LRG who is sitting on their concession waiting for ARU's El Tigre results first. Usually, these company would sit and just sell the concession rights for profit without any intention of ever doing any explorations. Well the whole Ecuador situation is a mess anyway. At least not until they unveil a draft of teir mining lws, hopeful in sometime in December according to the government's time table.
