Usually stocks I follow always have a Story behind the Buying/Selling patterns.. Just have to detect them before any one else does In this case, Volume is dying down and price remains fairly steady.. Same thing happened with ACT at 0.165 low(Resistance was 0.20) , 0.245 (Resistance was 0.28) and Low 0.30's (Resistance was 0.35)I tend to call it, a Low volume drop with a pop. We will see what happens, but all indications are positive in my books. Good Luck All!
