RE: SEDAR- CrockyDam, I think you may be hypoglycemic, no food and you start thinking off-line!
Regarding the shorts. I doubt they are shorting in case of a cheap buy-out offer because a "cheap buyout offer" etc. would create a tonne of interest, create anticipation, and drive the price up, due to a bidding war/hostile, friendly, whatever.
So the price would go up and the shorter would get his ovaries handed to him/her on a platter - or other appropriate medium, such as a shrimp tree, sans shell!!
What I see is Fidelity et al playing with the price until they want to create, or receive, value for their people, and then the stock will go up. I am prepared to wait - it is the biggest diamondiferous kimberlite field in the world and is likely 50 years plus of production @ 50,000 tonnes per day. Big mining companies (Rio, BHP, Newmont, Xtrata and blah blah blah) don't want unproven surprises such as Bre-X, Southwestern Gold, (which I owned for a kickin' of $8.00 a share), so they wait for certified results such as 43 101 Resource/Reserve estimates. Fidelity, Newmont, Rio, BHP and ??? all know the real story and so they should. They are the payers in tis, I think. Just breathe deep, e-mail me for a suitable montre, you are getting sleepy - as Sara7 says "soon"!!!!
