Encouraging aspect of Q3,2007 Report

Encouraging aspect of Q3,2007 Report1. "Good progress was made in several areas during the quarter, commented Alan De'ath. The most important was the formal submission of the proposal for containerized shipments of lead concentrate through the Port of Fremantle. This submission put in motion the process that we are confident will lead to the resumption of operations." 2. "Orders for the key bagging equipment have already been placed and delivery is expected in late fourth quarter 2007." 3. "Negotiations with road and rail haulage operators for the transport of containers from the mine site to the Port of Fremantle are underway." 4. The 27 tonnes of lead concentrate inventory(19 at the mine and 8 in Esperance) would provide significantly more revenue at current and "current futures" Lead commodity prices than this same inventory would have achieved in Q2,2007. My anticipation is that permission to resume shipments by January 31, 2008, is a reasonable expectation, Peace, Good Decision-making to All, ElJ
