In that particular case the creditor that pulled the plug on SAMsys was also an investor in Sirit...which would lead some to believe there were other factors at play. In a nutshell, the move allowed the SAMSys creditor to get his money back, or at least offer a better chance to get his money back, via his investment in Sirit, and perhaps in a management in which the creditor had more confidence in.
