The Company also has the option to acquire an 80% interest in the Foothills project, a titanium-phosphate project located near the former St-Urbain mine site in Quebec. The QTZ exploration project is northwest of its Crevier property and includes 257 mining claims. It holds interest in an Crevier niobium and tantalum project, located in Quebec, Canada. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Crevier Minerals Inc.

RE: Merger? - Yvanyou sound a little upset that your stock is headed south at a great rate of speed. i can understand that, it must be even more disconcerting to think that its salvation may be a company that in a financial position as sad as GBS. I'd be a little upset also. One thing I will say is that if GBS keeps knocking this down and gets control at a buck it will be the best asset they have. since they don't have enough money to finance their present operations you should have a good idea about what will become of the financial future of MDN. I hope for your sake and the sake of every share holder in MDN that it never comes to that. Maybe you will get really lucky and MDN will invest in some cool sub prime mortgages or derivatives instead of paying off their loan to ABX.
