MedMira to settle debt with 10-cent shares MedMira to settle debt with 10-cent shares - News Release Dr. James Smith reports MEDMIRA ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF DEBT MedMira Inc. has reached an agreement with one supplier and two debtholders to settle $685,000 owing for debts and services rendered to the company through the issuance of common shares. Of the total debt, $600,000 is to a non-arm's-length party. The company will issue 6.85 million common shares at a price of 10 cents per share subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
