Fed cut

What do you figure the odds are that the Fed will cut rates before Dec 11th? Things are getting pretty out of hand in the banking industry there. Citigroup was just cut to a "SELL" by Goldman Sachs today. A Sell! Nobody ever issues an actuall sell! I don't know if he can wait until Dec 11th. What does everyone else think?
