“WAKE UP" ??? Do you mean to a buying opportunity before management wakes up and buys back the shares in the open market???” You have a Redeemable/Retractable preferred that pays $1.25 dividend. At $20.10 that's 6.2% yield (an interest equivalent yield of 8.7%) with a capital gain on retraction/redemption of at least $4.90 (another 24%).
