Re: Convertible Debt OfferingDid PMG enter into this deal because it couldn't do another straight pp? Is it positive that they were able to have access to this much money? Is it considered to be negative because of the interest payments and share dillution? I guess PMG needs the money, so they had no choice. How low do you think PMG will fall to? Is this news really bad for PMG? Is the company now worth $2.00 less per share than it did on Fri.?
