I am a shareholder of PAT not RIC.....any problems I have with PAT should be directed at PAT. According to your logic since these guys have no control other than to dilute us, why do they even need to be around? Oh I forgot, so Richard can abuse his control, grab a paycheck and screw the rest of us. Great gig....he is smarter than I have given him credit for, I just wish he had used his smarts to create shareholder value, one can only imagine where we might be now if that was the case.
