Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Only a rough calculation but wtf: Star contains 42-44 million carats at $170 /ct average. In ground value around $7.2 billion. 25% of igv. is $1.8 billion so roughly $10/share or $1/10% . The Star is really the only thing with much degree of confidence as you suggest. So a major might offer up that amount for their buyin. Pick a % but I'd guess they'd want control over the mine and then let Shore continue on with the next target. FWIW Crocky
