I did some rough calculations based on opening bids. I can't see any errors. The stock should be worth a ton more. Based on new OPENING bids look's spectrum is worth a Minimum of $275 Million. See opening bid values below. 175M for 40Mhz + 50% Look has about 60Mhz thats 275M (175M * 1.50). With approx. 185M fully diluted Look shares that's about $1.50+++ tax losses, tv distribution, etc... UBS meanwhile has approx 125M fully diluted and 51% interest in Look. Means UBS is worth a minimum of 1.25+ Tier 2 areas if I selected right table the opening bid for a quebec + ontario region translates into 175M as a min. opening bids for 40MHZ. look has 50% more than this (100Mhz less 1/3 = 65MHZ for two communications) that works out to approx $275M for Look's spectrum value....
