Keep your eye on the ballThe story has not changed...WIN has hundreds of patents, many companies have demonstrated the validity of these patents by paying for a license, those who are resisting will eventually pay.
Some individuals may have left or are leaving the stock because they figure the "gang of 22" will drag things out for years and so WIN will be dead money until then. I think they are mistaken. The majority of the gang will drag it out for 12 -18 months (for reasons that have nothing to do with the validity of the patents or their piracy and which I have discussed in previous posts), but a few of them will settle sooner than that and that will be BIG news. Also, the V-chip patents will continue to bring in substantial revenues that will maintain a baseline of revenue for WIN.
Trying to time WIN's share price is a mugs game. She will fly, but no one can say when.
