There are not many companies that have a straight climb in price. Lbe is still in the development stage. The Redstone 43-101 defined a very small portion of its resource - this years drilling will extend the life to about 10 years. The shaft is in place now to go to the richer zone but it is not finished yet. The McWatters mine - which is presently being built has had its resource increased that when we get the new 43-101 we will see an extended mine life. Concurrently the ramp is being built to access it. The second quarter in 2008 will see 350-500 tonnes being processed and by Nov we will be in full production of 1200 tons. Permitting took 3 mths longer than anticipated thus we fell behind schedule. Hart Nickel project - bought in 2006 - was drilled up this year and a new 43-101 will be out later this year. It will replace McWatters. Galata - an exploration property McAra Cobalt - some work done this year - more to be done next year. Redstone Mill - in production - glitches being worked on and by McWatters and increased production - staff will be trained and all equipment running. - how many operations ever have a perfect start up. Recoveries of 91.7 % very good and avg of 88% still good. Now 38 full days of production out of 90 are contained in this accounting period. Sales of Concentrate - We still sell some of our concentrate to the Chinese (JJNICL) but dealing with Xtrata (and getting our credits for Cu, PGM and Co) only make sense. JJNICL loaned us the money to get Redstone built long before any bank would ever finance us and we did not need to dilute our shares at a much lower price. On a positive side. Our full production is not occurring right now with a ROE which is not in our favour. Never thought I would ever complain about $1US being worth $1.12 Cdn as being a negative but in mining it is. The MD&A is on SEDAR and is certainly worth a read. Note also 347,500 warrants expired 26 Nov 07 at 0.50 and 0.40 and if they were exercised and sold - money would have been made at any of these prices. (Wish I could have owned some) As far as bashing goes - well this is one of the worst sites I have ever seen it on. Prior to production most companies have a dead time between the hype of we are building a mine to we are finally in full production. Add to it, that in the summer some people sell their shares and buy back in the fall. Add to the decline in faith in the market in terms of the Credit market, US Credit debacle, decline in the value of NI, increase in the value of the cdn $ and this like many juniors has been massacred. Add to the fact that there will be income tax - tax loss selling and Lbe has had a bad time. Well I still believe in it so yes I am just another pumper who financially am hurting too. So you have company too. So I stay away from this forum simply because I detest the bashing. I wonder if ISM is maybe interested in this company. We have the infrastructure they need. Why in the world would the people from another board stoop down to spend so much time on this board bashing it.
