RE: Been trying to figure out these numbersThe MD&A on SEDAR explains it more clearly.  Rather than attempt a lengthy explanation, I would suggest you read that.

In a nutshell, it's all good. I can easily see the company earning in excess of .50/share in 2008, and with a multiple reflecting the rapid pace of growth (say 20X), the stock could reach $10.00 over the next 12 months or so.
