The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

The WERE well funded. Thaqt money has been shrinking by a couple of million every quarter and with the Dollar up their losses are going to be greater. They probably have about 5 or so million Dollars left. That is not a lot of money for a company to survive on.
