What makes think Roche is buying through RBC? I'm not saying they aren't I just thought they could not get more than 19% or so?
That said, you seem to be introducing an interesting scenario:
1. could Roche "advise" several (perhaps 4 such groups) "at arms length" companies to purchase just under 10% of holdings
2. then, maybe these "at arms length" entities would "consider" tendering these shares to Roche at an excellent premium if they "hypothetically" tried to take ISA out???
