Day Traders, Volume and Spread

Day Traders, Volume and SpreadFYI Day Traders as well as short selling, options, futures, warrants, all forms of derivatives and market makers provide volume and liquidity to the market.    With out them entering and exiting stock will be slow and pain full if at all possible.

Try trading a stock with little or no volume,  the spreads widen and it grinds to a halt. I have had the experience of operating in a very illiquid market where everyone was long term and it would  take 3 days to weeks to execute your trade via broker.

The silly daytrader, penny flipper name calling post only demonstrates the poster's ignorance of the market.
