RE: between $300M and $400M

RE: between $300M and $400MIt's worth that much money if the litigation attached to the property is gone. Well, just end it with a cash offer. Buy the property or buy Sulliden and guess what, the litigation is gone, correct? Even you know what it is worth, so, just buy it and be done. IMO, it is just that simple. No shares, no rhetoric, no he said -she said ... just make a cash offer for what everyone seems to agree it is worth and then do what ever you want with it. The story ends, the lawyers get new cases, everyone wins, it is simply over and it is all yours. We all move forward and everyone wins what they wanted to win. Just buy it and be done. Get the cash and you get my shares and everyone else's; without a hitch. IMO, no one here wants a Century share, we just don't care to be part of your company. We admire our management and trust in their guidance; that relationship is IMO non-transferable, it can't be bought. I would take my money and back them in their next venture(s). To be clear, if they needed more cash to continue protecting our property all they would have to do is call me and I would help financially, no problem. I think you're starting to understand the relationship with shareholders they have built, it is enviable in this industry, isn't it? We trust them to act in our best interest. Haven't you noticed the loyalty on this BB? Well, IMO this loyalty just isn't for sale. The property is, IMO, for sale. It seems like everyone involved values it at between $300M and $400M. Just buy it and lets move on. get the cash; lets wrap it up for xmas; what do you say? Do you have the authority to make a cash offer on a Sunday via the Stockhouse Bullboard Mr. Yakovsky? -ot
