Kooler, Nemora, Hopskipjump, Halfcentman and the rest of the clowns posting that somehow your in litigation property is worth 300-400 million. I,m sorry to inform you that Goldcorp and Barrick are not outbidding CMM for your property. Remember that it is your management that has created the circumstances you are in. It is the market that has valued your shares at .23. The destruction of your company was founded by your management by not taking advantage of more favourable market conditions to maximize value. You could have settled this matter years ago by paying more money but chose the legal route instead and here is where you sit. There are no other bids coming. The market conditions for juniors are pathetic. There is a potential for a 100% gain and beyond for settling the litigation and removing the uncertainty. Before you decide to rot for several more months and lose more money you might want to consider making money from your investment. There are no other bids and the market stinks as you know.
