trading restrictionThis mayexplain why etrade has wsce on trading restriction. At least scotttrade is up front with their customers. Latest from PTSC By: autom8ion 19 Dec 2007, 09:26 AM EST Msg. 234654 of 234654 Jump to msg. # ScotTrade has informed me that Patriot Scientific has been placed on restriction due to suspicious trading activity! "Our security and fraud team has determined that based on recent trading activity there could be offshore hackers manipulating the shareprice!"
