RE: Bond insurer ACA reaches deal with banks

The "deal" only means the banks won't put ACA into bankruptcy - that's all. Banks aren't providing more capital (though they thought about it). There's no point in putting ACA into B/K. so they agreed not to. Doesn't mean anything.
