RE: Insiders gearing up for Christmas shopping

RE: Insiders gearing up for Christmas shoppingTrans Canada Glass (TCG) a private company owns 5,174,800 (out of 10,465,745 shares of GLN (49.45%). https://www.stockhouse.com/comp_info.asp?symbol=GLN&table=list) Arthur, Allen and Thomas Skidmore’s being board of directors of TCG have control of direction voting rights but not direct ownership rights (individually they can’t sell or buy those shares). At the end of the year they have to declare their direct and indirect control of company. Since they don’t own those shares directly they are transacted at zero prices. This is to the best of my knowledge and belief. For some reason it is reported twice but net result is same. It is a procedural requirement I guess.
