He notes that over the previous trading week the Dow gained 111 pts, or .83% while in the same period, the Russell 2000 (small cap index) surged back 4.20%. This is a big deal. It's no secret that small caps and risky stocks have been punished since October; now the tide is turning. Let's hope EXM follows soon. The gold consolidation has ended, too.
