vm the party line with re to the delay is just that there is a ton of backlog with regards to all the feasability studies being done and that they (mngmt) were expecting it to be done already. CEO stated that due to all mining co's want these studies asap and the limited number of accredited co's doing these studies there is a backlog and delay process occurring - hope leanna is wrong with her june prediction for it.
