But somehow I think the block of shares that Don Ross picked up for debt conversion gives him a powerful position in the company and how things are...or will...be done. I just don't see this fella sitting back and letting things bump along at 50 cents. IMHO, for us Kirkies, that this is a better situation having The Rossies add stock than having URSA take up all the rights and no splitting of shares to another group....which they basically did if DR did not convert. But the lack of Pat shareholders not exercising their rights has to have some effect on things. That was a lot of shares not taken up. i hope the insiders took theirs....but I doubt they did. The Kirkies might have been a minority shareholding group of about 4 million votes, but we can shift a lot of power to the right group if it comes down to some arm twisting in the board room. RS said he'd talk to us at the last AGM and never came through. Maybe he was waiting for the time he might need us. I agree whole heartedly with everyone. I do believe that 2008 will be our year.
