Interesting article in...........todays Globe and Mail, by Boyd Erman. They have not uploaded the article yet on there website, but the headline says it all. "U.S. plan to ease global trades' a lift for TSX" the SEC is eyeing a move that would let American investors buy shares on foreign markets; very big news for Toronto market. Imagine the leverage that could bring us when US investors may soon be able to buy Canadian stocks under a new proposal being crafted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission!
