RE: Rather than dilute, maybeKerbrilliant....you said "They will do a financing, they have a share buyback program in place. Do a flow through financing at a higher price than today's SP and then, if they want, buy back the shares at a lower rate. In any case, the FD float is still quite small considering where the company is at. A little dilution would not hurt the SP considering what they are getting for their money."
Just to add how a non mushroom thinks...
A flow thru for purchase of Pat shares will not work. Flo thru money is for above ground exploration only. If we do not have cash to buy back our own shares, why are we financing to buy some one elses shares? ( I think I have an answer for that one) As for the float, i have a problem diluting URSA float financing a Pat share purchase that is suspect IMHO. That little dilution you talk about (you make it seem so trivial)is dependent on what you consider as being little, and whether you consider the reason you're diluting the stock a worth while project which will return value. Financing the Pat share purchase is not what i had in mind as a worth while value returning reason to dilute the stock even a little bit. If all other things were looked after and they had the cash for Pat and they held to their stated limit of rights...then maybe.
I think URSA is falling into a bucket of sh1t and won't come out of it smelling like a rose
