May I humbly submit that there absolutely is an advantage to someone.

Over the past several months total institutional units held has gone steadily up, now at 5,604,510. As a comparison, middle of August it was 4,425,498 according to my records. How convenient, there were Grandma's and widows willing to sell at lower and lower prices. I believe there has been management here beyond what is visible on the surface. Only my opinion.
