RE: tickle, you are over reactingGoldblieve
The one most important thing that gets me excited about this mess is that Don Ross has taken on equity in place of his debt. I hope he'll get things rolling some how and I think stock holders want some thing to change.
As for the rest of what has be going on, IMHO, the street is going to look at all this finagling between URSA and Pat, with Pat insiders sitting on the side lines, and judge this as a negative reason for them to invest in either company. They'll ask themselves who is running the company...the Chairman/CEO for the shareholders or the Chairman/CEO for themselves.
IMHO...I'm playing second fiddle and I'm beginning to think that when Pat or URSA goes to the street, the street is going to come to the same conclusion about themselves if they invest. Second fiddle.
I hope I'm wrong, but I think I'm right. The market will look at Pat and URSA as a no win investment for them. No matter how good each project turns out. Up until DEC 28, I thought URSA was a top notch place to invest.
I'm waiting to see how Richard is going to pay for it all. My guess is he's going to put the rights on margin...sort of a loan from Pat and pay it off whenever he can, but try and cover the day to day bills for Pat.
What a mess.
