RE: re:if

RE: re:ifI'm aware of how a DST works, and I would love to go into detail. I have worked offshore for over 10 years, and have been in the business for over 15, and have been involved with every aspect of drilling a well - from spud to completion. The HPHT wells we have drilled, and completed are a lot more complex than these. You need to understand that YOU have no idea who is on the other end of this post, and that your intellectual capacity is not as great as you think it is. I use terms, and logic that I think makes sense to everybody on this board. You elaborate on my comments, adding nothing new. Throw some inflatable packers between the payzones - yee-haw!! If you installed a wellhead, you wouldn't need to DST the well, and keep the rig there @ $40-50K per day. I'm sure you could get welltesters to work a lot cheaper than that. Glad your not in charge of drilling.... Does this company you're referring to in St John's begin with an S or W? I'd be glad to go for a beer with you sometime if you'd be so kind as to entertain my stupidity, and explain to me how the oilfield works again. Git 'er done! ST.
