Annual General Meeting Jan 29th

Particular attention needs to be focused on a proposed 2008 INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION PLAN. As it stands now executive compensation for one individual increased approx 50% in 2007 over 2006 mostly due to options. The value of the increase was approx $125k...not peanuts. Was this not generous enough at a time when many shareholders are in the red...??
