the company has any confidentiality agreements in place with anyone at this time? A company will not tell you with whom they have that type of agreement or what it is about because that is the nature of that type of instrument but they may tell you if they do have such an agreement with an 'unknown party' or parties.
If they do then you can be certain that the party[ies] with whom they have taken into confidence, know a great deal more about Sage than we do and also they and Sage cannot legally divulge the content of that agreement. If Sage Gold does have a C. A. in place, then it could mean that they are a step closer to going to another level and would be a good reason for a 'silence is golden' rule to exist.
Just food for thought while we wait.
