Quick Facts 1/7/2008 9:09:37 AM [TYS.V] Tyler Resources (TYS.V) announced that it has entered into a definitive support deal with Jinchuan Group Ltd. The company noted that under the deal, Jinchuan would buy all of the issued and outstanding common shares on a fully diluted basis of it for C$1.60 per Share in cash. The company noted that the offer values it at about C$214 million on a fully diluted basis. Tyler has decided to pay Jinchuan a termination fee of C$7.27 million or about 3.4% of the deal value. The company stated that the deal is to be effected by way of a takeover bid and the full details of the offer would be included in a formal offer and take-over bid circular, which is expected to be mailed to shareholders in early February 2008. The company expects the deal to complete in mid March 2008.
