RE: Lets seeTanin
This theory of a buy out is all fun and games. If the street thought we'd be bought out with a credible offer, they'd be buying Pat.
IMHO, the reason that Pat is trading where we are with this project getting so much better is because the street has not been sold on our management team.
Some where, some how, some time, some way, the street has a lack of confidence that says they should buy Pat. and maybe URSA is being lumped into that. I think URSA is an even better project than Pat yet there seems to be no interest in it as well.
IMHO, the benefit for this shareholder, and the shareholder value that has been promised is not going to come from the street with this management team. Management realizing that the street is not liking both these projects enough to create the share price to rise is a good start. Much like an alcoholic. You have to admit the street does not like your act before you can cure it. And to win out in the end RS/CC can just suck it up and declare dividends. For 8 or more years of dividends on both projects and who cares what the street thinks. RS and CC have done what they said they would do.
End of story
