RE: embry

RE: embry John Embry is well respected in the junior area and has been around a long, long time. His investing method of owning a basket of stocks is the only way to successfully invest in juniors. Sure some of you might argue because you scored with ARU or NOT or any other of the handfull of winners and if you were lucky enough to be in one of these plays well congrats because the odds are it won't happen to you again. More than a year ago I could see that the excitement in the junior mining space was'nt going to happen as compared to previous bulls of years ago. The thing that was different to me was that all commodities were getting a kick at the can. Most were short lived and it was the "flavour of the month" that ruled. I made money but it was a tough slog this time. Started out with copper and everyone had to spend countless hours of DD to find the undervalued play only to find out your in halfway through the game and next there touting nickel, moly, zinc etc. etc. confusing to say the least. I think a lot of people got burnt trying to trade as the liquidity just was'nt there. I've been in WGI since it was trading at 40 cents with the previous mgmt. and have participated in most of the PP's so yes I'm locked and loaded and have'nt sold a share and purchased all my warrants. I did take the majority of my portfolio and invested it in near term producers in North America and so far in the short term this is the only one thats really shining for me.
