Transport of remaining 400 Tons???

Transport of remaining 400 Tons???I believe that if/when that actually happens it will be a telling moment. It is my understanding that the 100 tons selected was done randomly and if so the results of same would provide a statisticly reliable indicator of what the remainder might yield. Should the initial sample be a dismal failure then why would anyone proceed with the rather substantial outlay required to process the rest. If however things progress "as planned" then I believe that is an indicator that they are looking for confirmation of what was likely positive results found in the initial 100 tons. Right now they have a very defensible position of waiting for the "correct thickness" of the ice road. There are few absolutes in such things as all the variables such as present thickness, continuing cold, further snowfall etc. provide a great degree of latitude in making that final call. I am not in any way suggesting that the ice road is ready and the sample should be out. I do say however that it will be interesting as to how this progresses onward to the point that a decision is made to move the remaining 400 tons. In my view the S.R.C. likely has a very structured schedule as to when samples are received and processed. Debeers as a private company operating in a foreign country would not be operating under the same restrictions. They likely already know what the results are and will make their decisions appropriately. All of this just adds to the intrigue of our overall situation. As others have mentioned. We have purchased our lottery tickets. It is now up to us to await the actual "prize draw". Onward and Upward.
