why no press release?Kenncott permit stopped!

why no press release?Kenncott permit stopped!Again, I believe there are double standards. Why is it Big news and a rush to inform investors that the DEQ (1/3 of the permits required) issue a preliminary permit for a mine over 100-miles away yet there are no press releases from informing these same investors that the DNR failed to issue their part of the permit? That the DNR director said we're waiting for more info... and that the pending litigation should be dealt with first so the DNR knows what is legal and what isn't.... sounds like an invitation for a lot more litigation as one case won't determine precedent... Also, the EPA permit is needed.... and regardless of what’s been written by others the EPA would requires permits for air, water, etc for Aquila site. Not an easy thing to get, perhaps impossible... especially with the spawning ground for Sturgeon, the Menominee River, close, very close and a State and Federal EPA area of endangered and threatened species, Shakey Lakes Savannah, being right there... I just find it so one sided that I am compelled to write…. I see what’s his name bailed…. Wonder why… I’ll see him over on Yahoo….
