SGX interview, KXL halt & legal delays in assay re

As I previously posted, I believe that we will get the assay results back BEFORE Nigel is intervieved on that BNN show on the 21st because IMO he does not want to go on the air just to tell about something they did in the distant past.  It can cost thousands of dollars for an interview which will only last 2 minutes. I believe that it will not be aired for a couple of weeks after that interview.  This to me is proof posivive that we will get the assay results THIS week. It is so he can give the audience a current update that will wet their whistles.

KXL's halt. Most people believe it is for good reasons and that it is assay related. While I believe that KXL and SGX are 'near to each other' on several fronts, I do not 100% believe that their halt was timed to be in connection with SGX forthcoming assay news or even vice versa. However it sure is a coincidence and some of my suspicious retired police instincts have been aroused over that possibility.

As for holding assays and the legalities involved, I know there are ways that a company can hold off on receiving and releasing written  assay results. This I know for sure folks and it is all legal. Sometimes a company might want to present AS A GROUP certain cores that by thenselves might not tell the story so they wait for all the cores from that group to be done first. This can happen if they wedge drill holes around a high grade find. It is a matter of legalities and we can't arbitrarily say, 'they can't do that. The P.S. to that is if you don't pay the bill, you don't get those written reports.

Here's looking forward to an exciting week to come. If any of you have 'real time' and any other helpful gizmos, we will be happy if you keep us in touch with 'reality'. LOL.
