Doesn't work that way. Analysts continually monitor and adjust price estimates up or down.
March 12/07, listed as a SB. Estimated target $1.25
June 27/07, listed as a SB. Estimated target raised to $1.50
Sept 21/07, listed as a SB. Estimated target raised to $1.65
January 9/08, listed as a SB. Estimated target raised to $2.50
But the jump is interesting, given that they acknowledged when they wrote it that the previous close was .93.
