Word on the street is that a promoter of some description has designs on the shell. They are talking rollback of 4 to 1 and then a vend-in of some telecom company in the near future. The promoter has been trying to suck $0.04 stock out, now it is moving up a level. Have heard the story before, might make a little comeback if it's true.
