Holy smokes....ask a simple question and look what I started. RKTENN, there is no need to be so extremely rude. I am not bashing BAN. You are right - I am an EXT holder but I have no idea who Uncle Barry is. I purchased EXT recently mostly beacause of the area they are in (I am a former XE holder) and their management team. And, you are even more right when you say that I should hope that nothing comes of the Savanna thing. But I'm not sure how you hope to attract potential shareholders of BAN (like me) when I ask a simple qestion regarding court dates and you FREAK OUT. This gets my suspicions up. If this thing is not a big deal, then why did you nearly have an aneurysm when a potential shareholder asks a simple question. I'm sure there are many like me, having BAN on the radar only we are a little worried about this court thing. What are we suppossed to do - put the blinders on and pretend it's not out there because YOU are not concerned about it. LOL NOBODY READ ANY NEWS RELEASES. NOBODY ASK ANY QUESTIONS. NOBODY DO ANY DD.
